low benchmark results

Hello I am hoping someone can help me here. I have tried a few benchmark sites now and they all show my benchmarks way below average for the same components.
https://novabench.com/view/1355838
http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/5623040
I am hoping to figure out the issue. I use a driver updater tool and made sure everything is up to date and a fresh install of win 10 64 bit and still the same results. I am hoping to do let someone have permission to take over my pc and check things out if at all possible.
Thanks much.
Steve

So when it says this about my GPU..

Nvidia GTX 1070-$545
182,856 User benchmarks - Average bench 99%
Zotac(19DA 1445) ≥ 4GB
CLim: 1923 MHz, MLim: 2002 MHz, Ram: 8GB, Driver: 388.13
Performing way below expectations (15th percentile)

And this about my RAM ...
Unknown 4x4GB
17,317 User benchmarks - Average bench 45%
4 of 4 slots used
16GB DIMM
Performing below expectations (26th percentile)

And this about my SSD..
Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB-$168
15,623 User benchmarks - Average bench 62%
62GB free
Firmware: 502ABBF0 Max speed: SATA 3.0 600 MB/s
SYSTEM NCQ 4KALIGNED SSD TRIM S.M.A.R.T
Performing below potential (4th percentile) - Ensure that this drive is connected to a SATA 3.0 port

It doesn't actually mean they are running bad even tho it says they are ? I am confused lol

Userbenchmark is known to be pretty inaccurate with some parts.
If the pc performs like you want it to, then there's no reason to let some benchmark tell you otherwise.

I tried a few benchmarks and they all said the same thing so I just wanted to get things in order and running like they should be for the new COD ww2 release on the 3rd lol

You also have to remember that users who overclock also run those benchmarks(usually multiple times) so those can skew the results if you are running at stock settings. But you should in all honesty be looking at upgrading to a newer platform(cpu, motherboard and ram) like Ryzen or Coffee Lake, especially if you are a gamer that old cpu is going to struggle.

DDR3 1333 is fairly slow so that low score is not surprising at all.

The userbenchmark test indicated higher background usage which will drop the score and if whatever was running in the background was accessing the SSD it would lower that score.

Hmm damn I just paid $500 for that CPU thats what it sells for still. Didnt know it was not that good. Dang darn. Well I guess I have to just look at saving a pile of more money lol

You paid $500 for that cpu as of late? that's a scam. That cpu is over 7 years old now.

You've been had/swindled. That cpu can get outperformed by a $60 dual core kabylake Pentium.
