[SOLVED] low benchmark scores

my gpu suddenly started performing worse than it used to in benchmarks like 3d mark,passmark and userbench

before the problem started

i have noticed score drops in other benchmarks too.gpu temps never go above 80c,i have already tried ddu uninstall and reinstall,did not work

pc specs
3700x
2080ti
3200mhz 16gb ram(xmp)
x570 gaming edge mobo msi
latest drivers and windows update

anyone got any ideas about whats going on here?

boost frequency on both cpu and gpu is slightly lower
just 2fps difference
