Low budget 144hz screen

Hello,

For the past couple of days I have been looking to get a 144 Hz monitor. I now have a very basic 60hz IPS screen with decent colours. I don't really want a TN panel unless it looks good. So I have been looking into AV panels and found the msi mag24c but can't find any good reviews. The reason I haven't bought it yet is because that some brands lower the brightness to gain the 1ms response time + 144hz. So does anyone know if this a good monitor or do you maybe have any suggestions?

The price may vary, I have seen it being sold for 280 to 350$.
