Can you guys recommend any cheap 4K Graphic Card for MOBO ASUS Crosshair V Formula AM3+ AMD 990FX?
Mostly I want to play videos smoothly in 4K. I don't need a video card for gaming. Thank You

Processor: AMD FX-8320E 8 core
GCard: AMD Radeon HD 6870
RAM: 16 Gig
OS: Win7 Pro
PSU: not sure but at least 750 W too lazy to open the pc case these days

Just about any modern graphics card can play back 4K video, it does not require lot of system resources.
