Low budget custom PC for minecraft/csgo/YouTube/livestreaming

Looking for advice for a custom PC build. Need it for minecraft/csgo and YouTube recording / live streaming. Cheapest as possible.

my advice is also for amd fx 4300/6300 series [quad/hexa core] because they are cheap multicore processors.
you can go for 8GB ram instead of 16gb.
you can go for a mid level card [like gt 730 ddr5 or AMD R7 240 ddr5] as your need is only for games CS:go or minecraft and youtube streaming.
you can go for M5A78L-M/USB3 for a good cheaper alternative.

going for AMD FX 4300/ASUS M5A78L-MUSB3 Mobo/ 8gb/ NVIDIA GT730 or AMD R7 240 GPU will save you some bucks and will cost you around $400-450

choose wisely.
