Low budget for graphic card what is recommended.

I'm currently on the 250-300 USD budget for graphic card in my country a GTX 770 is 450$.
So i was thinking to buy R9 280x but i dont know if it will work well on my processor:

I7 3770 and motherboard H-87Pro

An R9 280 is a great choice, if the R9 280 is quite a bit cheaper than the R9 280X then go for it as the performance is similar, just OC the 280 yourself and get 280X performance

Would it do any problem with my procesor being intel instead of amd?

No. the processor doesn't have anything to do with your graphics card and you can select the CPU/GPU combination you like.
I myself have the ASUS R9 280X (upgraded from Gigabyte HD 7750) and I can't be happier.

They're all good brands.. get the cheapest one or the one with the highest factory overclock. Other thing to consider is the one with the best warranty/RMA terms in your area.
