Hi, I'm looking to build a gaming PC to play such games as bf4, Minecraft and counterstrike.

I also want to stream on twitch if possible and my budget is just for the rig nothing else.

The only part i have so far is my case: Zalman Z11 Plus ATX PC Gaming Tower Computer Case

thanks :D

Yes. You should be able to play BF4 on high just fine on 1080p. http://www.digitalstormonline.com/forums/battlefield-4-official-benchmarks-amd-r9-series-tidf21292/

However if you want to OC you should go ahead and get a slightly better PSU now and then get an aftermarket cpu cooler when you can or if you decide to. I didn't see that you already had a case so I updated it PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 760K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A55M-DGS R2.0 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard ($53.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($65.94 @ NCIX...

the only thing i could fine for twitch was the following ...
Video Requirements

Codec: H.264 (x264)
Mode: Strict CBR
Keyframe Interval: 2 seconds

Audio Requirements

Codec: AAC-LC or MP3, Stereo or Mono
Maximum bit rate: 160 kbps (AAC), 128 kbps (MP3)
Sampling frequency: any (AAC), 44.1 KHz (MP3)

thats great and i wouldn't overclock if it wasn't necessary. Is the OS important because i do prefer Windows 7 to 8 personally?

I do too. Windows 8 is cheaper though. If you can stretch it and you want to you can get Windows 7 it will work just as well. Also you may find the AMD cpu fan a little loud. Some people have said they have some good coolers but that they can get louder than some like. If you find it being too loud you can always get a better aftermarket one to keep it cooler whether you plan to OC or not.

Yes you can run 3 monitors. However playing games on a monitor and streaming at the same time to another or gaming on more than maybe 2 would not be a good idea. The larger the screen size when you game the less fps and quality you will be able to get. It would be impossible to build a pc with that budget that could play BF4 on 3 monitors on high settings. However if you just want the 3 monitors to do typical multi tasking and play videos then it should be fine. Also it matters on the size of the monitors. But if I were you I'd stick to playing BF4 on one 1080p Monitor (around 22-24")

i was thinking of playing games on one monitor, managing the stream on the other and then browsing with the other, does this sound manageable?

Should be depending on how much is actually going on at once. Only way to know something like that for sure would be to just try it. I'm sure its possible just not sure how much it would affect your fps if you were streaming HD video on one BF4 on one and another for browsing. Worst case is you will have to either sacrifice fps, quality in game, or the multitasking until you could get the money together for a higher quality build. In around 5-6 years it will probably be time to upgrade if you want to play the latest games anyway.
