Low budget graphic card?

Hello,

I am hoping to spend around $150 or less, and I found a new MSI gtx 960 2gb that I can buy around $130.

Is there a better graphic card with similar or better price?
Is gtx 960 still good enough to at least run games for next 5 years?
Will gtx 1060 cause huge price drop of gtx 970?

960 sounds like a good option for you. The 1060 would just be held back by your CPU.

If you plan on updating the rest of your system (CPU/Mobo), then wait and get the 1060.
