Low budget motherboard

I bought a compaq presario sr2150nx for cheap at goodwill, and I want a new motherboard. The CPU I bought is a intel core 2 duo E8400 SLB9J 3.0 ghz. I want a mother board that can use the fans I already have and same power source as mine. But can have at least 4gb of ram I believe the fans are factory . I'm open to getting new fans if necessary

Don't bother trying to upgrade it, that computer you have is in BTX factor form, no other company makes them or supports them.
