Low Budget PC Build

I sold my gaming pc a while back after gaming for 5 years, its been a couple months and im starting to miss it. Anyways, im looking for a tower for games like csgo and minecraft, im looking to spend about $400-500. (No need for software, monitor or keyboard) Looking for 8GB ram and atleast 1TB HDD. No need for ssd unless its needed. I understand most of the pc parts its just that ive never done a budget this low. Ill be building it myself. Thank you.
