Low budget PC for gaming

Hey guys...

I am building a pc for low budget
So components is:
Intel® CORE® I3-4150 3,5GHz 3M cache
8 GB DDR3 1600 MHZ (dual channel mode)
Gigabyte GA-B85M-D2V
1 TB 7200 rpm 64 MB cache SATA3
nVidia GeForce GTX 750 TI 2 GB DDR5
PSU: 500W (don't know yet what brand i should buy, i am thinking about fotron 80 plus bronze)

Is this good? I am newbie on this
I want to play games like AC3, BF3 ArmA 2: DAYZ (all ArmA becouse i buyed on steam whole arma series) and others... If my budget gets up i will make a better pc, but guys what do you think about this pc? is it good enough for gaming day to day?

Thank you for answer :) Do i need cpu cooler or something? and what settings this pc can run DAYZ? i think about high 40+ fps...

DayZ is a very intensive game but your GPU can handle it. Your CPU (DayZ is VERY CPU intensive) can handle it but you should look into a future upgrade or upgrade it now if your budget permits.

Recommended CPU: Pricey, but it will preform really well. Not a big deal if you can't get it now.
