SPECS : AMD Athlon II 640 Processor, 4 GB DDR3 Memory, 4 Gigabytes of RAM, 250W PSU, and an Radeon HD 4200 Integrated graphics.

I only have $150 to spend, and I was thinking about getting a XFX R7 260X (http://www.microcenter.com/product/429988/Radeon_R7_260X_1075MHz_2GB_DDR5_PCIe_30x16) along with a 430 Watt PSU (http://www.microcenter.com/product/399979/Builder_Series_CX430_430_Watt_ATX_12V_Power_Supply)

Would this work with my current computer and are there any better options for the same price?

Thanks in advance!

Considering that is over your $150 budget, I'd say it is a good upgrade. If you are banking on the rebate, be aware that you won't see it for up to 8 weeks and it will more than likely come in the form of a debit card you have to spend to make use of.
