Already have a 500W PSU and an HDD.

1080p 60 or whatever herz. It runs 60 FPS just about fine, and I don't really need more.
600 is the max amount I'd spend on this, but honestly, I'd really love it if could be anywhere lower. About the case - something as cheap as possible, price > appearance.
