Low Budget PC

Hello Guys, i'm trying to build a PC but i do not have alot of money to do so.
I managed to select some parts which i bealive are pretty good for the money.
This is the Setup:

Motherboard: Motherboard Asus P8B75-M LX Intel Socket 1155
CPU: Intel i3-3220 3.3 GHz
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 650 DirectCU - 1 GB GDDR5 - PCI-Express 3.0 (there's a cheaper overclocked one but its not DirectCu cooled)
Ram: DDR3 4GB 1600MHz Corsair
Power Source: 550 W Powerlogic Magnum

This is what i have in mind, i may overclock a little bit the Graphics Card, i just want to play newer games at a nice framerate and resolution. What do you guys think? What could i improve ?

Forgot to say that i pretend to use SAMSUNG Spinpoint MP4 HM500JJ 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache 2.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s because i already own one

may i suggest you a little

GeForce GTX 650 has low performance, you may want to go for 7770 at 100 price or 7850 at 150 bucks

550 W Powerlogic Magnum > this one is abslutely NO

get high quality xfx 550 or corsair cx430

absolutely YESS corsair cx430 is popular and has very good reputation. your total wattage is about 250W. and it is a sweet spot for cx430 efficient workload
