From what I've read the 1060 would be drastically better and can for sure run star citizen but has no monitor with it . Mention anything I might wanna know about these PC's

neither, both are scamming you alot.
that pc will break within 6 months , and even within those 6 months you're not going to get a nice experience.

the solution is to build one, do you think you can do that with some help of us?
