low budget triple monitor gpu

Hi everybody.I wanna know if the radeon rx 460 is a good option for triple monitor gaming at 720p.And anything above 25 fps is okay for me... also what if i use a gtx 1050?

Intel pentium g4400 3.3ghz processor
4gb*2 team elite ram
3*17 inch hp l1706 lcd monitors
Gigabyte h110 sp2 mobo
450w psu

Get a Gtx 1050ti, it's a low budget card and can outperform rx460 in many games.
