Low Budget Video Editing Configuration

Hi i am looking for video editing. I need CPU, Ram, PSU, Video card. I not gonna use it for hardcore video editing but simple effects like masking, adding stock footages and some 3d creation. Right now im working with Laptop with specs: Intel Core i5 480m 2.67GHZ and 4GB Ram with integrated video card and suprisingly it renders really fast in after effects and even cinema 4d. So i want to make cheap configuration and i stopped at Amd athlon x4 845, Athlon 860k and Amd fx 4300. Which is better? For video card i think 64mb or 128mb because im not gamer and im gonna be mainly working with After effects. For ram i decided 8GB.

Uh, 128MB is like death. I would spend a wee bit more- FX-8300, RX 460 and 16GB of RAM, allocating for a decent board, will run about $300 and edit video fairly fast.

I think a I3-6100 may be your best option in that price range.
It will include integrated graphics so no discrete card is required.

2 x 4gb ddr4 ram is good, 2400 speed
