low cost gaming barebone kit

Found this barebones kit and was wondering if the parts it contains would make a decent gaming computer... If you could give me your opinion with a scale of 1 to 10 on how good it would be for a low budget gaming pc i would appreciate it. The only thing i can see that it is missing is a graphics card which ill buy at a later date and the on board graphics seems to be decent for low settings.

No they will not make a good gaming computer.

The onboard graphics aren't good enough to run most AAA games at 1080p, at more than lowest settings at 30fps, and some games won't play period.
When you add a decent GPU, the CPU will be a bottleneck for sure.
The PSU is 100% trash and I would NOT use it under any condition. It can easily fry the computer.

On a scale from 1-10 and considering the price I'd put it at a 4 (since its a low end APU). If you list a price theres plenty of ppl on this website including myself that could help you build a system from scratch that will outperform this system. Also you could still add a video card to this build but just make sure the cpu doesn't bottleneck the graphics card or vice-versa. It really depends on the games your playing if this build would be right for your needs.
