Low-cost Laptop Recommendations

Hi

I'm looking for recommendations for a low-cost (ideally about $200) laptop that will be used almost exclusively for watching streaming video and web surfing. I'd prefer a windows system (although I'd be open to a chromebook), and a keyboard (rather than touch-screen). I don't care whether or not it can double as a tablet.

I think it's a decent brand, I have a lenovo miix2 (tablet) and it works well, but have some bugs related to the virtual keyboard (never tried to fix it or find the cause)

I'm in Spain, so the model numbers are :Lenovo B50-30 or G50-30.

the asus I mention have a bit more battery life, runs cooler, have more ram, but have a worst gaming performance than b50-30

between the two you mention, B50-30 seems to have a bit beter graphic performance witch could help with videos, but have shotet battery life and run more hot.
