I'm not sure what you are asking. You want a GPU to handle pure non gaming tasks? Any modern IGP or basic GPU will handle that. And they should all handle 4K which is 4096x2160. (Or 3840x2160) 1440 is smaller than that so your fine.

This was a merge. Or was supposed to. It seems only the OP got moved and my reply stayed. As I've said before, I swear merge doesn't really work with this software.
