Question Low cost portable monitor- Do they exist?

Hi all,

I am making a rather peculiar setup which envolves samsung dex. I wish to find a portable monitor with a stand (similar to tablet) between 10" and 15". The closest i have come is a Asus mb168b which retails at around £130 at the moment and I can pick up a preowned one for around £60. I was wondering if you guys knew of any alternatives or cheaper options?

I'm pretty sure the asus option is the cheapest, besides DIY using monitor panel and edp controller board.

I'm kinda late to the party, but look at "Ailrinni" or "Thinlerain" or "Prechen" brands. They're the same manufacturer judging from the photos, they just use different names in different countries.
