Low cost psu that is compatible for dell precision t7500

The original psu for t7500 damaged without any cause and I replaced it with 650watts 230v. Anytime I assign more task to the machine it either restarts or the display goes off whiles the machine is on. Vga gtx 970 4gb CPU x series 2.9ghz 24gb ram please I need help/assistance to buy the compatible psu for the machine.

Make and model of the PSU? How old is your pseudo new PSU? It seems like it's a used unit. On another matter, are the innards of the CPU cooler clean?
