Low cost video card

what would be a decent video card for my Dell 660? I am not a gamer.

Without more information like the wattage of the PSU, the rest of the computer specs, and whether there's an open PCI-Express slot it's hard to recommend.

Looking at Dell's website the 660 is listed with a 300W power supply. If that's the case you are in for tough sledding. You would need to divulge what other componants are drawing power.

The Radeon HD 7750 doesn't need a extra power cable so it uses very little power and the card is also good for gaming.
