Question Low CPU and GPU usage when playing MW Warzone ?

i7 8700k OCed at 4.7ghz and an ASUS Tuf 3070 ti.. When I run MSI aftertuner, I see that while gaming on warzone, my GPU usage is around 60-70% and my CPU usage is around 30-50%. My frames do not go above 140fps and are average at around 110-120..

What is the reasoning behind this? What can I do for more frames and make the best usage out of both components?
