Mobo - AB350 gaming 3
CPU - Ryzen 7 1700x clocked at 3.8Ghz
GPU - GTX 1070Ti OCed Power limit - 115%,Core clock +150, Memory Clock +300
RAM - 16 GB CL 16 at 3000 Mhz
SSD - ADATA SU650 1TB
So i have started experincing lower performance lately used to have much better FPS in games and when i checked my CPU and GPU utillization it wasnt working at max CPU nor GPU weren't stressed at max. I have reinstalled OS and i on't have any unnecessary apps running on the background i have changed thermal paste on my CPU blowed out the dust temps are looking alright but performance is not fixed it has went down and Utillization wouldn't move whatever i do. Already reinstalled GPU drivers removed old ones with DDU, CPU and Chipset drivers are updated. I am suspecting CPU bottleneck since i did GPU benchmarks on furmark and heaven bench and FPS is stable temps as well everything looks good there. Also after playing for like 2 hours FPS starts dropping i notice low 99% FPS when i open Nvidia panel. Here is the most recent Userbench test i have done https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/45916878 and also a short benchmark in World of Tanks which i have recorded with Streamlabs OBS with MSI afterburner statistics and task manager on https://streamable.com/pr2luy .
