Low CPU usage, High memory usage

My CPU is around 0-3% and my memory is around 80%
I just have internet explorer and task manager open.

GPU Intel HD Graphics family, Radeon HD 6490M
Intel i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00 GHz
RAM 6GB
OS Windows 7

Open Task Manager > Processes tab > click Show Processes From All Users > sort by Memory and see what's using it.

Memory down to 65% since uninstalling some programs I don't use.
