Question Low CPU usage on new AMD Ryzen 5 3600

I recently updated my i3 7100 to an amd r5 3600 and stayed with my gtx 1050. I play cs go much more faster but not that smooth. With the old cpu i was playing with 100 fps and was using my cpu at 60% now that I upgraded mine I was lagging, the GPU usage is always higher than cpu giving me some low drops that annoy me, the cpu being at 20/30%, any tip?

the cpu usage is actually fine... that gpu usage wud always be higher than your cpu... previously ur cpu was a weak one in terms of the new cpu... in regards to lag, try reinstalling windows, also update ur bios...

Yes, updated and installed my bios and also my windows, CS GO is known to be more CPU intensive so yeah, feels laggy
Is everything normal here ?
