Hello, i got my computer about three months ago.
I'm no tech wizz on the internals of a computer. just really good, with other things on a computer (i'm a graphic designer) so i run a lot of adobe programs, i have the 'Master collection' i think its called. and many other programs, and still keep a low CPU Usage. i usually run CrapCleaner, and run a AVG scan scheduled weekly. and i'm usually at 0 percent unless i'm running an avg scan on high priority (which usually goes up to 15-24%).

I have a CyberpowerPC AZZA (red-neon version)
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
2TB
AMD FX-6100 Six-core Processor
16GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 680

I could have 4 or 5 adobe programs running and it'll stay at 5-7%

Is this good, or bad? lol

(I feel so dumb)

In terms of CPU usage, it's not so much a question of how many programs are running, but rather what those programs are doing. If they're merely open and idling, your CPU won't take much of a hit. It'll be more of a RAM issue.

low idle is GOOD! :)

and never worry about sounding dumb, everyone has asked that question.

the only dumb question is the one not asked.
