Low download speed, but good upload on only 1 device

I bought myself a new pc, mostly for gaming. I tried downloading games but it's downloading on 1mbps. Internet on other devices is always full speed which is 40/10. On my pc is 5/10. I'm using TP link wireless USB adapter. Tried to connect to internet on other pc with that same adapter and i got full speed. I contacted the ISP and they said it's my pc's problem. It's loading pages normally and my ping is good. I checked if there is any background programs ruining the speed but i found nothing. Nothing is pirated on this PC, everything i have is from trusted software companies. Also I updated the adapter drivers to the latest one.

seen it is connect in usb check under contol panel for peripheral for any question mark or others on the usb .

I tried to plug in the adapter into another port, nothing changed.

check control panel also did you load the latest chipset driver for this board .

I just solved the problem 15 minutes after posting this. I went to properties of the adapter and then chenge settings. There I went to advanced and changed QoS support from Auto to Support QoS, after that I changed wireless mode from IEEE 802.11b to IEEE 802.11b/g/n.
