Hi, guys, I bought this second hand Asus Gtx 750ti dual fan with maximum 150W sort of "accidently" without checking the power consumption ~~
This gpu need minimum of 400w and 12V@20A to operate.
My psu is as shown as http://
As you see, there is no 6pin for my gpu.
Can the molex - 6pin make get this connection done?

current setup - i5 3570, 2 x 4g ddr3, H61M-S1 mobo, WD 7.2k 500gb

Solution
I wouldn't connect a molex cable to two rails at once. After all, you do not want any damage to your graphics card and other components. I would recommend trying to find at least a 500 watt power supply from your local sources if you do not want to internationally ship, with a named brand (EVGA, Seasonic, Corsair) certified PSU being your best bet if you can find one.
Your PSU may be able to handle a 750ti at a bit below the graphics card's full load, but if anything become an issue you can turn on power-saving features. Unfortunately, due to the PSU not being a name brand, the card may not be able to reliably deliver even 450 watts. If it is possible, a higher wattage power supply should be obtained. 500-600 watt PSUs are consistently on sale for rather cheap, with the EVGA 500 BR being $29.99 brand new with free shipping from EVGA's ebay. Those would also have the necessary peripheral 6-pin power cables you'd need for your graphics card, and are certified to deliver their advertised voltage.

A molex 6-pin adapter will be able to work for delivering power to your graphics card.

but, I do have two 12V rails, does it provide more Amp to the gpu?

Unfortunately, because the two rails are separate, they are limited by their rated DC output for amperage and cannot surpass that to provide more power if needed.

forget about buying from ebay, i checked it. the handling and import duties to my country jus much as the item cost ahah.
If I have to buy, gonna dig it from local IT store.

The seller promise gonna send along a dual molex to one 6pin connector.
Maybe dual molex can combine those Amp together? or maybe not ~~

A good quality Molex connectors delivers 40w and 6-pin PCIe power connectors deliver 75w.
Maybe that could work but I would not try it.
