So I have what the title says and I need help finding what resolution to put my computer at so my GPU will not bottleneck. I've been using my native resolution all this time (2560x1080) and I don't see any problems yet, but I want to know if there are better options. If so, I would like help on this.

Solution
The 970 is really a 1920x1080p card. So right off, by using that resolution you are asking more of it than it was designed for, depending on the game of course.

Now pair that with an APU(the A10), which is slower than an equivalent CPU, and you are really asking a lot of your system.

Bottlenecks depend on the game. Some games will do fine, because the A10 and 970 are more than enough for the game. Some games will struggle, either because they need more CPU or more videocard or both. There's a big difference between running League of Legends and running PUBG.

So if the 970 is good at 1080p (1920x1080), what would the A10 be good at?
