Solution
Depending on budget, it might be simpler to just go with a Ryzen 3 2200g. At least that way, you have an upgrade path.

Solution
Here is a list of the processors supported by your motherboard:
https://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Support/EN/Motherboard/G31T-M7%20-LL-V1-DO-0-RR-/Socket%20775%20-LL-Intel-RR-
The Q6600 is not on the list.
I think it is because the power required is higher than what the motherboard can handle.
Quad options will give you 4 threads which is needed for some games but the single thread performance that your games use will be largely unchanged.

Also, your motherboard has a max of 4gb on ram size.

On graphics, all of your picks would not run on the 220w psu.
You could however run a GTX1050 on a 220w psu. It is in the same performance category as the other cards.

Really, it is time to go modern.
$200 buys you an excellent G5600, a lga1151 motherboard and 8gb of DDR4 ram.

Your e5200 is a dual core with a passmark rating of 1487 and a single thread rating of 1016.
It is the single thread performance that is most applicable to your games.
A G5600 has 4 threads and a rating of 5679 and a single thread rating of 2275.
