low-end GPU gets bottleneck

I have I3 4170 3.7ghz but in some games my Gpu (gt 730 4gb) gets bottleneck it uses about 20-30%

What games? How does the usage of other resources compare to this? Is it consistent in those games or at random points? What OS are you running? How much RAM do you have?

How much RAM do you have?[/i am useing gt 730 4gb with 8gigs of ram and i3 4170 3.7ghz when i play bf3 my GPU uses only 15% but when i play bf4 it uses 100%. in bf3 bottleneck starts when its time to deploy and continues 2 mins then i die and it continues. Im using win 10
