Question low-end graphics card for Windows 7 and i7-9700

Windows 7 on i7 9th gen desktop. Intel has no Win7 drivers for it. 😡
Aero doesn't work, some sleep options not available and can't be enabled. Because of graphics driver??
Device Manager shows I am using "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter".

What's a low-end graphics card that would work for me? I don't do GPU-intensive tasks. Integrated graphics would be sufficient for my needs, if it would be supported.

Will such a graphics card push a lot of updates for Windows 7, thus disturbing my relatively update-free environment? What happens if I disable updates for the graphics card, on Windows 7? No damage done, or...?

Maybe I can find a modded graphics driver somewhere for my chip? I tried a modded one from a gaming forum that is supposed to work with coffee lake

So its gonna be really hard to find Compatible drivers for your Chipset and other Important Component Drivers.

I am aware that WIn7 is no longer supported and there are no updates. My system works fine, and so do my applications. I only have the graphic-related issues I mentioned, everything else performs as expected.
Most vendors are still supporting win7.
I have a multi-boot system with win10 and ubuntu, but I need win7 for legacy hardware, as I mentioned.
