Question Low end laptop for video editing?

I would like to ask what is the lowest system requirement that is enough for video editing mainly in After Effects?

I have a good desktop at home, however I spend a lot of time travelling on train, which time I could use to cut and edit videos. Rendering speed is not important as I can simply copy the project files to my desktop and render on that.

I will mainly use the laptop to cut and edit 1080p videos for youtube. As I invested enough in my desktop recently, I would like to stay as budget as possible. What CPU / GPU combination could be enough?

If it would be that simple, I wouldn't waste my time creating this topic. Adobe doesn't list system requirement other than ram, Windows version and disk space required. And it wouldn't help anyway as cutting / transitions / small effects use different amount of resources then rendering / editing 3D elements.
