Question Low end pc freezing while playing league of legends

Hi I have a pretty old and bad pc and im really hoping i can do something about the freezes that occur while in the middle of playing league of legends. When the freeze happens my entire pc freezes and the pc gets kinda hot. Never happens when playing something like Valorant or cs go and im pretty sure those games are harder to run. Also im using windows 8.

Specs are: Intel core i5-4670K cpu 3.40ghz 8gb ram
