Low Firestrike Physics Score

Im only getting 13,000 in physics barely in firestrike with my Ryzen 1800x overclocked to 4mhz. I have tried lowering the overclock as well to see if thay fixes it and did not work. Also I even changed the power options in windows to see if that fixes it by turning it to high performance and updated the chipset drivers so that balanced Ryzen mode could be used. Nothings works, it is consistent at 13000 score and 41 FPS. My GPU is a Gigabyte Vega 64 OC edition and ik getting great graphics scores of 24k. Not sure whats going on but clearly my CPU is not functioning as it should. Please assist, my overall score is 17,500-18kish

The physics score is running the video without using the GPU. IMO 41 FPS on the CPU is amazing.
But I'm certainly not an expert on newer CPUs. I'll wait to see what others have to say.
