Low FPS 1070

Hello,

I have been stressing about this for 2 weeks because I have spoken with 3 different agents in detail about my issue. I have:

- Gtx 1070
-i7 7700
-16gb of RAM

In every game I keep having low fps and choppy frame rate leaving me to play at medium settings.
I have went into my Nvidia control panel to change settings, downloaded MSI afterburner to monitor my temps and overall percentages...unfortunately the temps are at 45 and 55 and I noticed my GPU usage is at 90%.

I still do not know the issue.

Check the settings see if you're running any downscaling and check your drivers. Did you have other drivers on the system from another card?

90% and still low fps? what resolution? check for miner malware?

You say you have spoken with "agents" so who were they? Your video card's manufacturer or is this a pre-built system by a custom PC builder who you spoke to? What software do they have loaded on that PC? Have you tried removing the Nvidia drivers entirely through an aftermarket utility like CCleaner or Driver Sweeper and installing a fresh latest version direct from Nvidia's website? Something is interfering with your GPU's performance and I highly doubt the video card itself is bad as a hardware related problem. This smells of a software problem/conflict. In any event the more info you can give us the better the chances of finding a resolution.
