LOW FPS 30-40 fps in most games with a GTX 1050ti

Solution
-Ensure monitor is connected to the right graphic card = 1050ti video port.
- Windows power plan: high performance-
-1050ti at 100% power in MSI afterburner settings.
- Control / increase GPU fan speed with MSI afterburner to maintain good temps while gaming to avoid thermo throttling.
- HWMONITOR screen captures. temperatures, clocks and fans' speeds and usage GPU/CPU + motherboards temps: in idle and under load

so i found out that its running around 73c in game and i increase fan speed and makes no change do i need new fans?

73 is great in-game temp
Can you download/install HWMONITOR and take a screenshot of it (all window if possible) showing : GPU?CPU clocks, temps, usage and fans' speeds, and motherboards temps, fans and voltages ( basically ALL you can get !)
Do a capture in idle then while gaming, thanks in advance.
Check usual card performance for your game titles (FPS)

Might just be how that system is going to perform. The GTX 1050TI is an OK GPU, but it's only rated at "good" for UHD/1080p (https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gpus,4380.html), & it's technically a 6th-tier GPU, 2 steps down from the GTX 1060 (https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html). So its 1080p performance is going to be 'good but not the best', & on some games (especially newer ones) it will struggle.

And the CPU is also in the "OK" category. It's a Nehalem/1st-gen Core i7, & it's not only tiered with AMD's old 6-core Phenom IIs but it's tiered below even a Sandy Bridge/2nd-gen Core i5 (https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html). It's not only older than other Core i7 chips, it's also a little slower. So the 2 combined might be causing this.

so i got in game with the temp at 50 it was running 60-80 fps then the temp went up to 70 and it dropped to 30-40. and idk how to put a screen shot in this reply thing lol

im trying to play Rainbow Six Siege, Rust, Ark, Conan and im starting to think i just need to upgrade some parts and the fps doesnt change regardless of the settings
