Question Low fps after clean install

Hello community,

i dont know what i can do anymore. Yesterday i used to do a clean install of windows 10. Everything worked fine. Now my fps in games are very bad. For example, when i play CS:GO, i sometimes get under 100FPS.
Before i did this, i had about 170 FPS all the time.

I almost tryed everything. AMD Chill is off (in general and in game), Frame Rate Target Control is also off.
Driver are all up to date.
Energy-saving options are also on the highest.
Does anyone have ideas to fix my problem?

Did you clean install with a 64-bit version of Windows? If not, get the 64-bit version and use that instead.
