Low FPS after i upgrade need HELP ASAP

i just bought gtx 1060 super jetstream yestarday and uninstall the old driver (using display driver uninstaller ) then install my new gpu

heres my full spec

i5 4590
gtx 1060 super jetstream
8gb
750watts evga g2

im getting low fps on csgo

my old gpu is gtx 750 ti
im getting like 250 to 300 fps on my gtx 750 ti on csgo

then my gtx 1060 super jetstream having low fps im only getting 80 to 130 fps ?? 90 to 100 usage in cpu and only 20 to 30 usage on my gpu? i dont know whats happening help please 🙁

please help i dont know what to do

it seems your using all your cpu power and is being bottle-necking your gpu. Check your background apps. Could be that also

i think no my friend is using i5 2nd gen playing decent fps on csgo...

Have you try to reseat the gpu? Also try reinstalling the drivers with nvidia. They have a clean install option when your installing the drivers.

thats what im doing right now 🙁 but nvdia download slow.. i have 50 mbps fibr and yet im having 100 kb on my download.. but on steam its fine ( im gonna reseat my gpu when my download is done

are you downloading from the nvidia servers itself? I have never had a problem with it. IM do download it as a quick test. I also have 50/50 up an down

I think you have a problem with your internet or a setting on your computer. I just finished downloading it.
