Question Low FPS after new RAM

So I bought the exact same RAM I have already. I was having 180-250 FPS at Cs:GO, stabil 60 FPS in R6s but with new RAM; Cs:GO dropped to 100 FPS, R6s dropped to 40 FPS. They are dual channel. Then I tried to remove the new RAM and my FPS got normal again. But when I tried to use the new RAM alone, my fps dropped again. There is no XMP in my Bios. What is the problem here? Should I demand my money back or is there a way to fix it?

Asus H81M-K
Gigabyte RX 570
i5 4590
Kingston KVR16N11/8 DDR3 1600 Mhz 8 GB (x2)

And maybe you should try Windows Memory Diagnostic.

Could be RAM faulty. Try RMA the RAM with the new one. and also recommended if you can get the dual kit rather than mix the RAM.

Why did you buy the same ram? Are you sure you bought the same ram?
