[SOLVED] Low fps all off sudden

So this problem started like 3-4 weeks ago. One day everything was fine and then next time I just decided to play cs go when my pc was unable to reach 100fps and everything stutter like crazy and before that, on average I got 240-260 fps. so I tried playing other game and every single other game had the same problem except for dyeing light.

GPU 2080 super
CPU I7-8700K (not OC)
RAM 2x8 3200 (XMP on)
PSU 850w

on cs go temperatures usually stay at 60c on CPU and on GPU it stays around 57c.
I have asked around on Reddit and I still can't figure the problem out

Got any recommendations of how to test for malware as windows defender never detected anything? and CPU usage is usually is 25% while GPU is 30%

That's pretty good at finding the little buggers WD would miss.

Thank you, I think the problem is fixed there was and probably still is something wrong with the corsair app iCUE. Now the app does not detect the ram but I can live with that as long as my pc runs like expected.
