I just build my first PC and I'm experiencing a lot lower FPS than my 5-year old laptop. In Apex it appears to working alright with an average of 150-200 fps in 1080p on high settings. But in CSGO (on low settings!) I am having a constant 150fps sometimes down to the 90 fps mark. On very few occasions it will show 300fps, but only when looking into a wall.
The computer is:
Highest temperature achieved has been 68c on CPU. PSU is barely ever spinning, GPU has 43c and almost doesn't activate its fans.
NVIDIA Experience Performance overlay says
"CPU Utilization 30%"
"GPU Utilization 26%"
I have no idea when the computer is extremely underperforming? Should it not be using max to boost FPS?
EDIT: Every now and then it seems my temperature rises on GPU and then falls - see photo:

- MSI VENTUS 3070 2x OC
- AMD 5600X CPU
- Gigabyte Aorus B550i Pro
- 32GB ram (Corsair LPX Vengeance 3200mhz)
- 1TB Samsung 970 EVO NVME drive.
- PCIE 3.0 setting in BIOS as I am using a 3.0 Riser Cable
