About 3 weeks ago I got my PC back from a repair shop and the CPU, Motherboard and Ram had been changed. For about a week after that everything was running fine with no issues. Suddenly all my games were running with way lower fps than normal. In csgo my fps are normally around 250-290 and CPU usage 80-100%. Now i get 40-60fps and CPU usage is 30-50%. In csgo alt tabing out of the game and back in makes it play normally but this doesn't help in any other games (Rocket league, Rust, H1Z1, mirror's edge catalyst). I can get my cpu usage to 100% with stress tests. My GPU usage and temps are as they used to be before this happened. When i got my PC back from the repair shop I updated the bios because it was only showing my SSD and not my HDD. I have downgraded my bios back but it didn't help.
