Question Low fps and crashing

Recently, my pc has been crashing every 2 - 10 minutes when i have been playing video games and i have been getting low fps in all games that have open areas. I have replaced my power supply because i have seen people have this problem fixed because of that and at this point i do not know what to do.

I have:
Windows 10 64 bit
Ryzen 7 1800x @ 3.6 GHz w/ Hyper 212 evo
Rx 580 8gb Sapphire Pulse 1366 MHz
16gb 2400GHz ddr4 ballistix
Evga BR 80+ bronze 600w
B450 A Pro

I have been getting 30 fps capped in apex legends dropship unless i look away from the map and it slowly increases to 50 - 144 when im on the ground (i have a 144hz monitor so i capped it there)
I have been getting 200 - 300 fps in csgo and i only crash every 2 - 3 hour in this game
I have been getting 70 - 144 fps in Payday 2 and it crashes about every hour (depends on the heist you are doing)

I have tried:
Malwarebytes
Scanning hard drive for errors
Switching graphics card slots and cords
Reinstalling drivers
Taking out ram sticks
Reinstalling all visual studio c++
Unscrewing and re screwing everything

I used to have 90 - 144 fps in apex and 100 - 144 fps in payday 2 and i play other games but haven't tested them enough to know the average fps

Ok somehow i had some amd power saving stuff on in my bios that was supposed to make my cpu use half the power
