-B450 Aorus Pro (latest Bios version)
-Ryzen 5 2600x, stock cooler
-Radeon RX 5700 XT
-G.Skill Trident Z 2x8gb ddr4 3000mhz
-WD Blue 3D NAND SATA 500gb M.2 SSD
-Crucial P2 CT500P2SSD8 500gb m.2 nvme
-Seagate Barracuda 1Tb hdd
-Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 700W

Basically I just bought and installed a Crucial P2 CT500P2SSD8 500gb M.2 NVMe SSD andafter installing it i tried to play CSGO (still installed on my M.2 sata ssd) but i noticed that it was stuttering and the fps went down by at least 100.

I didnt install Windows on it because it was giving me a winload.efi error, so i gave up.
The problem is affecting every game, not just CSGO, i also tried to format every disk in my pc and do a clean install but no improvements, i literally dont know what to do ?

Solution
NVMe's tends to have extra configuration within your BIOS/UEFI

Also, did you install the P2's drivers? MOST OR ALL NVMe's that I have owned needs a firmware/driver update so its compliant with Windows and it's services that makes the software(games) run.

It's not a plug-n-play device so please download Crucial's software below and set everything to Auto on the BIOS.
