Question Low FPS and GPU usage with 2060 in rust.

Hi, i have a problem. I have a 2060, 16 Gb ram, and a ryzen 5 2600 and i have 30-50 fps with low-mid settings in rust. My gpu usage also never goes over than 50%. I tried so many things to fix this, but nothing helped. Pls help me!
