Low FPS and low CPU and GPU usage on ALL games

So, I recently build my first pc. I have an ryzen 5 2600x and rtx 2070. I benchmarked my pc a couple times and it works fine. but when I play games My fps is not that high and my GPU an CPU usage is not higher then 50 to 60%. In battlefield 5 On low setting I'm getting 120 fps and on max about 60. It should be higher.

Do you have the latest NVIDIA drivers? ALso whats your monitor resolution and HZ? I have a similar setup and i run BF5 with max settings and im getting well over 120fps. What the the GPU/CPU temps? Possibly overheating.

I have the latest drivers and my resolution is 60hz atm. the temps are around 50 to 60 degrees.

Try reinstalling your drivers, and make sure DX12 is enabled in your BFV settings, also make sure you have the latest windows update, 1809 i believe. That made a LARGE difference for me

So I reinstalled my drivers and made sure my windows version is 1809. now my fps is around the 120 to 140 on max settings. tnx
