Question low fps and stuttering in games

Hi i have recently been having issues with my pc i seem to get low fps and stutters, my fps seem to go down to 50 fps in warzone and other games i play warzone on low settings so i dont think it should be going so low. i have tried many different graphics settings youtube vids and i can't come to a conclusion of what is causing this issue thanks.

Nvidia 3070 ti

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

16.0 GB RAM

ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING (WI-FI)

Corsair RM750 80+ gold fully modular ATX

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram and ssd usage?

CPU 60c
GPU 67c
RAM 47c
GPU 30-90 % seems to go down to about 30% when i get the stutter
CPU 32-70%
Memory is at 70%

my frames are pretty low even when its not stuttering at around 70-90 fps and my mate has the same setup as me hits around 100-120

I have a very similar build and am having a similar issue. Have you found a fix?
